Angela Habeebullah, a Kansas City resident, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986 then returned home to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City, receiving her law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1991. Eager to pursue her life-long dream, she leaped into law, and a short time later, founded the Law Offices of Angela Habeebullah. She has practiced law in Kansas City for more than twenty-two years.
As a general practitioner, she has represented individuals and small-business owners in numerous areas of law, but she specializes in bankruptcy, civil litigation, mediation and arbitration, probate and estate planning, and small business. Her expertise, however, allows her to help you with a wide range of legal issues in a wide range of legal disciplines.

She has been part of the Volunteer Attorney Project in Kansas City since 1995, representing impoverished residents free of charge while helping them resolve a range of legal issues: bankruptcy, civil litigation, consumer law, contract disputes, governmental benefits, housing, unfair sales practices.
Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, Angela is also a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute. In addition, she practices in the United States Bankruptcy Court (in the Western District of Missouri and in the District of Kansas).
She prides herself on providing the highest quality of legal services while also providing each client the greatest amount of personal attention. She stays abreast of changes to the tax code, which is important in a bankruptcy attorney, and unlike some bankruptcy attorneys, she doesn’t dabble in this area of law with an occasional bankruptcy case. More than 50% of her practice involves bankruptcy.
